Hank's Picks
Hank likes Polish poetry, Nigerian novels, Mexican novellas, Japanese bildungsromans, Scottish realism, Argentine surrealism, Italian fabulism, the Afro Avant-Garde, short story collections that are under 200 pages, experimental prose poems about military juntas, collective oral histories of children who witnessed WW2, love letters to 90s rap groups, love letters to 30s blues musicians, travelogues narrated by lonely German academics walking the coast of England, racial satires where the main character smokes a joint in the Supreme Court of the United States, and the occasional "indelible debut."
Hank doesn't like Infinite Jest, Barbara Kingsolver, and memoirs, but he'll sell them to you anyway.
